🚚 Transport Manager

As a Transport Manager, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of transport and logistics processes. This means that you plan routes and track and monitor deliveries. To do this, you work closely with suppliers, customers and your team. Together, you will ensure that transport processes run smoothly and constantly develop flexible and innovative solutions.

💻 Forwarding assistant

As a forwarding assistant, you will support the transport managers in your team with their daily tasks. You will carry out important basic tasks, such as entering routes and orders or checking transport documents.

👨‍💼 Sales Manager

The main task of the sales team is to establish contact with new customers and suppliers, to win them over for a partnership with our company and then to build and maintain long-term and sustainable business relationships. To do this, you will also visit our partners directly at their location(s) to maintain the partnership.

👩‍💻 Administration/Accounting/Finance

Organizing transports also involves managing transport documents, invoices and credit notes. In addition, precise accounting and financial control are essential in the company.

IT Manager

As an IT manager, you ensure that our systems run smoothly - from the infrastructure to the logistics software. With your expertise, you will keep digital operations running and drive our processes forward technologically.

HR Manager

As HR Manager, you are responsible for all HR issues - from recruiting to employee development. You actively shape our corporate culture and ensure that our teams can work successfully.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Above all, we select our employees so that they fit in with the rest of the team. So we are less interested in previous experience than in your character and motivation. What is important to us, however, is your language skills. As we operate internationally, English is a basic requirement for us. It is also advantageous if you speak other (European) foreign languages.

There are three Zugvogel locations in Tyrol: Strass im Zillertal, Wiesing and Innsbruck. We will clarify which of these locations is suitable for you and for us during your interview.

We are mainly looking for full-time employees. In the forwarding industry, we work 38.5 hours per week (instead of 40 hours). However, a few positions also allow us to offer part-time positions.

No, unfortunately we cannot offer internships. However, we are happy to offer you a trial day after the interview so that you can get an impression of the job and our company for a day.

Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to offer you an apprenticeship. But you can start with us without any previous experience. We have a great and very personal training system in which we focus on you and show you everything you need to know.
