Our corporate policy

The team at Zugvogel Speditions GmbH creates connections on a long-term basis. Common goals and the development of valuable ideas and potentials create a harmonious environment with regard to internal employees as well as external partners, which enables long-term cooperation through mutual trust and fair dealings.

The aim of Zugvogel Speditions GmbH is to provide the customer with the service to be rendered at an economical price, in the agreed quality, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and within the agreed scope of services. The resulting expectations and requirements, as well as other technical, economic and scheduling agreements from the contract, are fulfilled and should contribute to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.

The company undertakes to comply with all applicable legal obligations and requirements as well as the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

The management considers it its duty to take ethical principles into account in all its actions and to always treat its staff equally regardless of age, gender, religion and nationality.

The management considers it an essential task to promote customer orientation, responsibility and quality and environmental awareness among employees and to regulate the responsibilities and processes for all activities and factors that affect quality, energy and the environment.

The management defines quality, energy and environmental targets and periodically evaluates them for their continued appropriateness. The risks and opportunities identified as part of the management systems are taken into account. It regularly obtains information on the achievement of the quality, energy and environmental targets, evaluates the management systems and checks the implementation and effectiveness of the measures adopted for improvement. Written records are kept and retained. The management reaffirms its commitment to environmental protection and provides the necessary information and resources to achieve our energy targets.

The management undertakes to apply the management system described in this manual and to continuously improve its effectiveness.

The management, the quality manager and the energy and environment manager ensure that this policy is communicated, understood and observed at the appropriate levels of the company through example, discussions, regular meetings and other appropriate measures such as training, circulars and notices.

Our employees are actively involved in quality and environmental responsibility as well as the implementation of quality, energy and environmental targets and thus make their contribution to the management system, each in their own position. Employees are also encouraged to continuously contribute to the improvement of the system, its processes and the company.

All employees have access to the manual, the procedural instructions and the other documents of the integrated management system.
